REALMS OF ATLANTIS
NEW DIRECTIONS IN AFRO MUSIC / Volume 1
2015 Remastered Version

This is the first full length album of Franck Biyong and his band originally released in digital format in 2006. This collection of moods and atmospheres explores a more relaxed and spiritual dimension of their music.

”We try use sounds and tension/release effects in our musical narrations... Same way an archeologist would do with words in his diary about the lost treasures he discovers” says Franck about these songs ranging from Egypt 80-inspired Afrobeat to new-age music pastoral pieces.

Remixed and remastered with a different running order of tracks, this new edition now features the underground hit ‘B.L.A’ (original 7' inch released in 2002 on soul fire records) that got it all started for Biyong on the international level.
